I do not want to make the changes until I understand how they will affect the use of the UA software. I received a reply saying to uncheck the "DSP LoadLock" and check "Release All UAD DSP Resources on AU Bypass" in the UA Control Panel. Can someone verify this?Ģ) I posted on the forum at the Universal Audio website stating that the DSP meter in the Control Panel showed 12% usage when I turn on my UA Apollo Twin, but I do not have my DAW (Logic Pro X) active. I was told I need to Option-click the ON/OFF button to unload the plugins. The only way I can get the % of usage to drop is to delete the plugin from the channel strip.
